Agreement

By using this store or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Products and made-to-order fulfilment

All items are manufactured after your order is placed. Production times stated on the site are estimates in business days and exclude carrier transit. Because items are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Product appearance

Product images are digital mockups of the artwork applied to the item. Colour reproduction varies between screens and between print substrates, and garment blanks vary slightly in tone between production runs. Minor variation is a property of the materials, not a defect.

Sizing

Measurements are published on every apparel product page. Because items are made to order we cannot accept a return for fit, so please check the chart before ordering and contact us if you are uncertain.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an obviously incorrect price. If we cancel an order before it goes into production and your payment has already been taken, we return that payment in full, because nothing has been made or sent. That is the only case in which money goes back, and it only happens when we are the ones cancelling. We do not issue refunds in any other circumstance.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, text and images on this store are original works owned by Animeville and are protected by copyright. We do not sell merchandise depicting characters, logos or artwork from any anime, manga, game or other franchise, and nothing on this store is affiliated with, licensed by or endorsed by any such rights holder. Purchase of a product grants you ownership of that physical item only; it does not transfer any right to reproduce, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the artwork.

If you believe any content on this store infringes your rights, write to sales@animeville.online with the details and we will investigate promptly.

Accuracy

We work to keep product descriptions, dimensions and availability accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is free of error. Where an error affects your order we will contact you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from a delivery arriving after a date you needed it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the business is registered.
