Before you write about a deadline
Production takes 5 to 7 business days, plus 3 to 5 days in transit. If your date is inside two weeks, say so in the first line and we will tell you honestly whether it can be made in time rather than take the order and hope.
Something arrived damaged or misprinted?
Send a photograph and your order number. We remake and reship at no cost, and you do not need to return the item.
Not sure about sizing?
Tell us your usual size and whether you want it fitted or oversized. We will point you at the right one rather than let you guess, because we cannot accept a return for fit alone. Every shirt is printed for your order, so nothing goes back on a shelf.
