Shipping cost

Shipping within the United States is calculated at checkout, based on the destination and the items ordered. Orders of $100 or more ship free within the United States, and there is no code to enter.

Who carries your parcel

Parcels ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on which of our production partners makes your item. Your tracking email names the carrier and links to their tracking page.

Production time

All items are made to order. Production takes 5 to 7 business days before the parcel is handed to a carrier. This is in addition to transit time.

Shipping time and cost

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3 to 5 business days after production. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the items ordered.

Total delivery estimate

Plan on 8 to 12 business days from order to doorstep within the United States. For a fixed date such as a convention or a birthday, order at least three weeks ahead.

Split shipments

Different product types are produced in different facilities. An order containing several items may therefore ship in separate parcels, arriving on different days with separate tracking numbers, at no extra cost to you.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when the parcel is collected. Orders placed but not yet shipped are still in production.

Addresses

You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and reshipment after a failed delivery caused by an incorrect address may incur a further charge.

Sending an order as a gift

Enter the recipient's address as the shipping address. No pricing information is included in the parcel.

Service area

We ship within the United States and to Canada. Canadian shipping is calculated at checkout; transit is typically 5 to 10 business days after production. Canadian orders under CAD 40 in goods value normally clear without charges; above that, GST/HST and a courier brokerage fee may be charged on delivery. Any such duties, taxes or carrier fees are set by the destination country and carrier and are the recipient's responsibility.
