Animeville makes anime-inspired gear from artwork that is drawn in house and sold nowhere else.
Original artwork, not fan art
Almost every anime store online sells the same thing: characters from shows that belong to somebody else, printed without a licence, on the same blanks as everyone else. It works until the takedown notice arrives, and the customer is the one left without the order.
We build from the source instead. Kanji set with actual attention to stroke weight. Asanoha and seigaiha patterns constructed geometrically rather than traced. Torii gates, koi, kitsune masks, daruma, ramen, Fuji, ensō circles — the visual language anime draws on, drawn fresh. Nothing here infringes anyone's copyright, which means nothing here disappears.
What that means when you search for a specific show
We do not sell characters from any series and we are not going to start. If you came looking for a particular anime by name, we do not have it, and we would rather say that on this page than let you find out after ordering. What we do have is the aesthetic those shows are built on, done properly.
How it is made
Nothing sits in a warehouse. Every order is printed after you place it, in the United States, then shipped to you. Production takes 5 to 7 business days before a carrier touches it. That is slower than a marketplace, and it is the trade we make for not burning inventory nobody bought.
The range runs from tees and hoodies through wall scrolls, posters, desk mats, mugs, phone cases, blankets and stationery — the same designs across the things you would actually put in a room or on a desk, so a setup can be built out over time rather than bought all at once.
Where this is going
Manga is the obvious next step and we are working on it. We would rather ship a small honest catalogue well than a large one badly, so it lands when it is properly done.
