Shipping cost
Shipping within the United States is calculated at checkout, based on what is in your order. Orders of $100 or more ship free within the United States, and there is no code to enter.
Who carries your parcel
Parcels ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on which of our production partners makes your item. Your tracking email tells you which carrier has it and links to their tracking page.
Production time
Everything is made to order. Nothing ships from a shelf. Production takes 5 to 7 business days from the moment the order is placed, before a carrier touches it.
Transit time
Within the United States, standard shipping is typically 3 to 5 business days after production. Total door to door is therefore usually 8 to 12 business days.
Ordering for a convention or a birthday
Order at least three weeks ahead. That is not a sales line — it is the production window plus transit plus the buffer that stops a carrier delay ruining the timing. For December deliveries, order by the last week of November.
Orders with several items
Different products are made in different facilities, so a multi-item order can arrive in more than one parcel, on different days, with separate tracking. Nothing is missing — it is travelling separately.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once production finishes and the parcel is collected. Until that email arrives, the order is still being made.
Sending it as a gift
Enter the recipient's address as the shipping address. No prices appear on the packing slip or anywhere in the parcel.
Canada
We ship to Canada. Shipping is calculated at checkout (typically US$9.39 for a tee and US$12.69 for a hoodie, with a smaller charge for each additional item), and transit is usually 5 to 10 business days after production. Prices can be shown in Canadian dollars using the currency selector at the top of the page.
Please note: Canadian orders under CAD 40 in goods value normally clear with no charges. Above that, Canada may charge GST/HST and the courier may add a brokerage fee on delivery. Those charges are set by Canada and the carrier, not by us, and are the recipient's responsibility. A single tee is usually under the threshold; two items or a hoodie usually are not.

Outside the United States and Canada we are not shipping yet. If you are somewhere else and want something, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you.
